Visiting the website
Vercel Inc. hosts this website. Delivering and securing pages involves technical request data such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and response status. The purpose is to make the website available, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. Our legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure business website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Technical data is kept only as needed to deliver the service, investigate faults or abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not maintain a separate visitor database. Vercel’s service and security retention is governed by its data-processing terms and privacy notice.
Vercel uses international infrastructure, including processing in the United States. Its data-processing terms include safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can contact us for information about the relevant safeguards. Cloudflare provides domain registration and DNS; it does not proxy this website’s ordinary page traffic. Fonts and images are served with the website.
Forms, email and analytics
The disabled enquiry form does not submit what you type. This website currently has no contributor accounts, recruitment applications, dataset uploads, session replay or active Google Analytics tag.
The email link opens your own email application. It does not send a message automatically. If you correspond with us, we use your contact details and message to answer you and discuss your request. For business enquiries, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); for steps requested before entering a contract with you, it is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We retain correspondence while it is needed for the enquiry, any resulting work, or applicable legal obligations and claims. We do not enrol correspondents in a marketing list.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data where the legal conditions apply. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your particular situation. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You can also complain to a data-protection authority, including the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW), or an authority in the country where you live or work. We do not use this website to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
